Altruism Digital Services Pvt Ltd is an Authorised Tally Sales & Implementation Partner operating from Chandigarh, Punjab, India. We are authorised to sell TallyPrime licenses on behalf of Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd.

• All Tally software licenses sold are genuine and authorised directly from Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd.
• Licenses are non-transferable — they are issued to the specific organisation name provided during purchase.
• A single-user (Silver) license can only be activated on one device at a time.
• A multi-user (Gold) license can be used by multiple users on a local network.
• License keys are delivered electronically — no physical product is shipped.

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full before license delivery.
• We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets through Razorpay.
• A GST invoice will be emailed to you after successful payment.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

• Licenses are typically delivered on the same business day (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM).
• Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery is via email and/or WhatsApp (if consent was provided).
• If you do not receive your license within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

• TallyPrime licenses require annual renewal (Tally Software Services — TSS) to access updates and support.
• Renewal prices are set by Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd and may change annually.
• We will attempt to notify you before your license expires, but it is your responsibility to renew on time.

TallyPrime and all related software are the intellectual property of Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd. By purchasing a license, you agree to Tally Solutions' End User License Agreement (EULA). Altruism Digital Services does not own the software and cannot modify its terms.

• We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of Tally software.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product/service.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by hardware failure, internet outages, or improper use of software.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
