Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Important Notice About Digital Software Licenses
Tally software licenses are digital products. Once a license key is activated or delivered, it cannot be returned, transferred, or reused. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of software licenses, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment (paid twice for the same order)
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed (payment gateway failure)
  • Incorrect product delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • License key found to be invalid/non-functional and cannot be resolved within 7 working days

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in these cases:

  • License has already been activated/registered in Tally software
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchased wrong product (Silver instead of Gold, etc.) — we can help you upgrade for the difference
  • Issues caused by your hardware, internet connection, or operating system
  • Renewal licenses after the renewal has been applied
  • Requests made after 7 days of license delivery

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before license delivery.
  • Once the license has been sent to your email or WhatsApp, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately at info@altruismdigital.com or call +91-9888-207-510.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@altruismdigital.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Registered email address
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshot of payment confirmation (if payment failed but was deducted)

We will respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Wallets: 1–3 business days

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.

6. Payment Failure — Auto Refund

If your payment was deducted but the order was not placed (gateway failure), the amount is typically auto-reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If not received, contact your bank or email us with your transaction ID.
